The founder

Leanne Windell

Leanne has spent her career in sales, business development, customer experience and fundraising.

Along the way, she discovered that the corporate and charity worlds have far more in common than people think. Great relationships, commercial confidence and knowing how to make things happen matter in both.

Vision and Venture brings those worlds together, sharing what works, learning from each other and building a community of people who genuinely want to see each other succeed.
